Cancellation & Refund Policy
Simple, transparent terms for O.W. Trips, LLC reservations.
Your cancellation fee is based on how much notice you give before the scheduled pickup time. A special rule applies to reservations booked at the 2-hour minimum-notice window.
24+ Hours Before Pickup
Full refund — no cancellation fee
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and receive a 100% refund.
Less Than 24 Hours, But At Least 2 Hours Before Pickup
50% cancellation fee, capped at one rental day
A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reservation amount applies, but the fee will not exceed one day of the vehicle's base rental rate. Any remaining eligible amount paid will be refunded.
Special 2-Hour Minimum-Notice Booking
Free cancellation until 30 minutes before pickup
If a reservation is made for a trip beginning in 2 hours, the customer may cancel at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time with no cancellation fee.
Special 2-Hour Booking — Final 30 Minutes
50% cancellation fee
If that 2-hour minimum-notice reservation is canceled less than 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, but before the trip begins, a 50% cancellation fee applies, capped at one day of the vehicle's base rental rate.
At Or After The Scheduled Start Time / No-Show
No refund
Once the scheduled pickup time has arrived or passed, the reservation is nonrefundable. A customer who does not appear or does not complete required driver, identity, or insurance verification in time to take possession of the vehicle may be treated as a no-show.
If O.W. Trips Cannot Provide The Reserved Vehicle
Full refund or customer-approved substitute
If O.W. Trips, LLC cancels the reservation or the reserved vehicle cannot be safely provided because of a mechanical or safety issue, the customer will receive a 100% refund or may accept an available substitute vehicle.
Early Return After The Rental Begins
Unused rental time is nonrefundable
Returning a vehicle early does not automatically create a refund for unused rental time unless O.W. Trips, LLC approves a reservation modification in advance.
Quick Summary

All cancellation deadlines are measured against the scheduled pickup time shown in the confirmed reservation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to normal payment-processing timelines. This policy is part of the O.W. Trips, LLC reservation terms and is subject to applicable law.
